Join us for a special sound bath and meditation event hosted by Molly Fletcher! Molly will guide the group through a cycle of hot - cold - rest and sound bath - hot - cold rest. If it is a nice day, the sound bath will occur on the deck of the spa under the sunshine. In the event of poor weather, instead of a sound bath Molly will guide the group through additional meditation within the sauna during the hot cycle.

Please bring a yoga mat with you!
