Warm Up With Us
All sessions at the spa are pre-booked below.
We offer 90 minute public sessions where you purchase a spot in a group session, much like a yoga class. If there are two back-to-back public sessions and you purchase a spot in both you get more than double the time because you will not be asked to leave during the 30 minute buffer between sessions.
We also offer 90 minute or 3 hour private sessions for a flat fee, how many people you bring (to a max of 15) is up to you!
Finally, we offer special events and community sessions periodically!

An Ode to Audre
Audre's Harbour is named after Audre Lorde and was created to offer a space of rest, wellness, and joy for Cape Bretoners and those that visit our beautiful island.
Audre's Harbour is co-owned by Percy & Clary Ager and Lyon Kengis and is located on Percy & Clary's farm Ager Lane in Big Bras d'Or! Between us we are proud to be a Black owned, Queer owned, Trans owned business.
