Join us at the spa for 90 minute public session where you will move through the hot - cold - rest cycle at your own pace by moving through the woodfired sauna, cold plunge, and rest areas! Use of any of the stations is of course optional, and based on your own comfort and preferences!

Public sessions have a maximum of 15 spots to ensure comfort of all guests. If there are back to back public sessions and you would like to come for more than double the time please register for both sessions - you will not be asked to leave during the usual gap between sessions!

The price is $45 +HST.
