Join us for a community sauna for women on the first Friday of every month!

This session is trans inclusive and welcome to anyone with experience of womanhood who is interested in connecting with others. This session is offered by donation to ensure no one is turned away for lack of funds. A standard public session price is $45, if you are financially able to be generous to help offset the cost for others that is also welcome.

You are welcome to bring snacks to share, we will provide some as well.

For 1.5 hours we will move through the hot - cold - rest cycle by moving through the sauna, cold plunge (optional), and indoor/outdoor rest areas at your own pace!
