Audre’s Harbour
is a micro nordic spa located in Big Bras d’Or, Cape Breton Island on site at Ager Lane Flower Farm & Event Space that features a 15 person wood fired sauna, cold plunge, rest area, and outdoor fire pit.
We offer public, private, and community sessions in 90 minute increments from October to April to keep you warm through those Cape Breton winters.
Audre’s Harbour was built by Percy, Clary, & Lyon to create a space of intentional rest and revitalization for our communities.

We offer public sessions in 90 minute increments and private sessions in 90 minutes or 3 hour sessions!
Additionally, we regularly have special community sessions to gather around a shared identity or experience!

an ode to Audre
Audre was a “black, lesbian, mother, warrior, poet” famous for using her work to address inequality. She also battled cancer twice, ultimately losing her life to the disease at 58 and it was during that time she wrote extensively about self care as a tool of activism and not something we do in isolation. It is our hope that Audre’s Harbour can be a space where people come to rest and replenish so that we can all see a tomorrow where we are able to care for ourselves and each other beyond our wildest dreams.
